Coins to Aid Iraq Victims

Collections for the Catholic Women's League's 'Gold coin appeal' for victims of the Iraq conflict have already begun in Sydney - before the launch of the appeal.
The campaign will be launched on the Feast of the Holy Family at the end of December, but collections are already underway through schools and individual donors.
Donations to the Women in Solidarity 'Gold coin appeal' will go directly to Caritas Australia to aid health and nutrition programs for the vulnerable in Iraq, such as women and children, and to improve water supply.
