New Catholic Women's League branch at Five Dock.
Following an invitation to attend a Women's Breakfast held in the Parish in 2006, President Moya Potts and executive members from Sydney gave an outline of the many activities and broad structure of CWL which is a voice for women from Parish to International forums.

With support from Parish Priest Father Bob Hayes, a few women gathered more information, talked to friends and found there was a growing interest.
At their first meeting in April an Executive was formed and Five Dock branch started with twelve members.
With their sister parishes of Haberfield, Abbotsford and Drummoyne, Five Dock will be an active force in the many activities of CWL.
